Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 applies. 

International Shipping:

We ship internationally to most countries. The shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location. International shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer's responsibility.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of placement unless otherwise stated. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, it might take longer to process your order, but we'll inform you if that’s the case.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

SLSTCE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SLSTCE will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and could lead to delays.
