Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes, items may not fit as expected, or the style might not be exactly what you imagined. That's why we've made our return and exchange process as straightforward as possible.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days of the initial order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at slstceofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available if you need a different size or color. Exchanges are free, and we will ship your replacement item as soon as we receive and inspect the item you are returning.

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at slstceofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
  2. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately at slstceofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll take care of it.

Please note that SLSTCE reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are suggestive of misuse or in cases where the eligibility criteria are not met.
